Teeth Care Routine

The ORAL HYGIENE routine is what you need for perfect, WHITE TEETH!

Teeth Care

Sometimes we forget that our teeth are just as important as our skin or hair and that they need lots of care too. So if you’ve been skipping brushing your teeth regularly, terrified of dentists but still want them to be sparkly white, then we’ve got the perfect routine for you.

Oil pulling:

Oil pulling:

Oil pulling pulls out toxins from your tongue and between your teeth to prevent cavities and bad breath too. You can do it once a day either in the morning before eating or before dinner. Take 1 tbsp of oil - this can be either coconut oil, sesame oil or olive oil and then swish it around your mouth for 10-15 mins. When the time is up, don’t swallow the oil, instead spit it out in a cup or in the toilet so it doesn’t clog your sink. Then you can follow up with a warm salt water gargle to pull out any remaining oil.

Brushing and Flossing:

Brushing and Flossing:

Floss first to get any food out from in between your teeth, then make sure to brush for at least 2 minutes twice a day or whenever you eat.

Tongue Cleaning:

Tongue Cleaning:

Make sure you’re getting rid of bacteria on your tongue by using a tongue scraper after brushing too. This will prevent bad breath and cavities.

Mouthwash:

Mouthwash:

Mouthwash helps give your mouth one last clean and will banish bad breath for the rest of the day. Just take a little in your mouth, swish it around, gargle it and then spit it out.You can even make your own by mixing 1 cup of water with, 1 tsp of of baking soda and a few drops of peppermint oil.The baking soda will balance the ph level in your mouth and banish odors while the peppermint oil will make it fresh.

Whiteness:

Whiteness:

If you’re looking for a natural way to restore the whiteness to your teeth, try turmeric.Dip your toothbrush in the powder and brush your teeth with it for 1 min. Although the spice looks like it might stain your teeth it actually helps to remove the stains.Try this twice a week and then follow up with normal brushing for whiter, brighter teeth.

Avoid Stain:

Avoid Stain:

If your teeth stain easily you should avoid drinks like tea, coffee and cola and avoid smoking too, so that they never turn yellow.

Check Ups

Check Ups

And finally it’s important to go for regular dental checkups once every 6 months to check for cavities and for teeth cleanings tooWe hope you follow this routine to keep your mouth free of cavities, bad breath and to keep your teeth sparkling white.

How to lose weight fast for teens

weight lose

Teenagers have a lot of energy, and can very easily lose a lot of weight in a relatively short period. Even though, teens are always surrounded by unhealthy food choices.

In this post, I will be sharing with you 7 steps for fast weight loss for teens.

1. Start eating Breakfast:

breakfast

Some teens think skipping breakfast is a quick way to shed pounds. However, eating breakfast will jump-start your metabolism and prevent overeating during the day. Chose a meal that has protein for staying power, such as an egg-white omelet with mozzarella cheese, fruit, and milk. High-fiber foods, such as whole-wheat toast or whole wheat cereal are also good options.

2. Watching your Drinks:

replace soda with Water

Too many sodas, juices, and sports drinks can really add up. Replace them with water. You should have at least 8 glasses of water a day! Water rinses out unwanted toxins from your body and keeps your brain sharp. It keeps you hydrated.

3. Filling up on Fruits and Veggies:

fruits

Most fruits and vegetables are high in fiber and nutrients while low in calories. That means you'll fill up faster and eat less. Try having fruit as snacks or before meals to cut calories without feeling hungry.

4. Avoid Fast Food:

Avoid fast food

There's nothing wrong with having an occasional burger and fries, but avoid having those types of foods every day. Make them a treat that you only have every now and then.

5. Avoiding Mindless Snacking:

snacks

If you get hungry in the afternoon, keep your snacks healthy by avoiding candy, cookies, and other tempting sweets. Also, pay attention to other reasons you may eat, like being bored, tired, or feeling blue. Emotional eating only makes things worse and doesn't make your problems go away.

6. Exercise Every Day:

exercise daily

Get at least 1 hour of exercise every day, even if it is just taking a long walk. Chose activities that you enjoy. An easy way to lose weight quickly and meet the daily physical activity requirement is by joining an after-school athletic team. Basketball, tennis, track, and other organized activities will assist in burning calories and losing weight quickly.

Enlist your friends to join you on your journey to weight loss.

If you're embarrassed about asking them to help you out, just ask if they want to go to the gym with you. And don't spend your days sitting on the couch watching TV!

Fast weight loss will only be achieved with diet and exercise.

How to looks younger after 40 Years

looks younger after 40

Hey, guys today we're going to talk about the eight foods you need to avoid if you want to keep looking young after 40. now around this age, both men and women experience very similar signs of aging more wrinkles maybe some age spots skin becomes more sensitive thinner and maybe even starts to sag but by avoiding these eight foods you can dramatically enhance the look of your skin and slow down the visible aging process.

 Sugar:

Now it's no secret that sugar isn't good for you and eating cake or candy or anything with refined sugar and excess is a big no-no if you want to keep looking young excess glucose in the blood binds to proteins through a process called glaciation. now, this chemical reaction creates what's called glycotoxins or ages these are harmful to you and the big thing is that collagen is the most abundant protein in our body so that means it's susceptible to edges these ages cause collagen to harden and break down which accelerates wrinkle formation and reduces skin elasticity so simply stay away from sugar if you want to keep your youthful-looking skin.

 Alcohol:

Now you need to watch your alcohol intake if you want to keep looking young when you drink your liver metabolizes alcohol to eliminate it from your body as you get older your liver just becomes less efficient it doesn't eliminate alcohol and toxins the way that it used to as a result these toxins get accumulated in your body and in your skin creating problems like aging swollen eyes wrinkles and acne and on top of that alcohol dehydrates your skin which leads to other issues like uneven pigmentation dryness and decrease in skin elasticity so try to stay away from or moderate

alcohol if you want to keep that glowing skin.

Salt:

The thing to avoid number three salty foods try to moderate salt with salty foods especially pre-cooked and preserved food salt increases water retention making your skin look puffy and paradoxically if you consume too much salt your skin can become dry cracked and even dehydrated and then this leaves your oil glands to try and compensate for the dehydration and you might develop an overproduction of oil and as a kicker, you might also develop bags underneath your eyes in short salt and processed foods are definitely to be moderated over 40.

Processed Meat:

processed meat

Number four processed types of meat now processed meats like salami corn beef and ham contain salt but also a lot of preservatives and sulfites preservatives and sulfites are chemicals that create inflammation and oxidative stress in your body and they accelerate the aging process of your skin, as a result, you might experience skin irritation swelling or itchiness so try to avoid these things if you want to keep your skin looking great.

Grilled Meat and Barbecue:

Number five is grilled meat and barbecue now you should never over grill any type of meat and of course always consume grilled meat in moderation but if you're gonna do it make sure that you remove the black jars on it because those contain pro-inflammatory hydrocarbons and they can damage the collagen in your skin which then accelerate wrinkle formation and again a reduction of skin elasticity so again moderate take off all the char from the meat before eating numerous says trans fats. Trans fats can be naturally found in some foods or artificially made through the chemical process of oil hydro nation now we all know that trans fats are the worst type of fat for your body but do you know why they actually promote inflammation and make your skin more sensitive to UV rays which of course is the number one cause of skin aging so stay away from anything that contains trans fats.

Hydrogenated oil:.

Hydrogenated oil

The biggest culprits you may have guessed their French fries, donuts, fried chicken, and frozen pizza so when you shop always make sure to read the label and avoid products that list hydrogenated oils on them.

Spicy foods:

Spicy food

Skin enemy number seven is spicy foods. Spicy foods dilate blood vessels which can irritate your skin induce acne and aggravate rosacea if you're sensitive spicy foods can also affect women during menopause since their blood vessels are super sensitive and more reactive. If they consume too much spicy food menopausal women may find their skin looking blotchy and just less youthful now a regular consumption of spicy food could also lead to spider veins permanent redness and puffiness so you might want to check out

more mild foods.

 Caffeine:

Caffeine

Now caffeine is, of course, a known and popular diuretic so it dehydrates your body and therefore it dehydrates your skin when the natural moisture of your skin gets lost. your skin will lose its glowing look and just will look more age dry and dull it's why I always recommend the decaf option when possible and of course, don't forget to compensate by drinking an extra glass of water for every cup of coffee that you have it'll help maintain hydrated skin and help keep you looking fresh.
